1. Order Cancellations
Refund percentages are calculated based on the investment of time and research already provided by our writers:

2. Quality & Originality Disputes
We exclusively hire Native English Speakers from the USA, UK, CA, AU, IE, and NZ. We guarantee linguistic excellence:
- Plagiarism Assurance: If you provide an official Turnitin or SafeAssign report showing unauthorized content, a 100% refund is processed immediately. *Note: We do not accept AI-detection screenshots due to high inaccuracy rates.*
- Failure to Follow Instructions: If your writer misses specific instructions provided at the time of order, you are entitled to unlimited free revisions. Refunds are evaluated if revisions fail to address the documented requirements.
- Late Delivery: For minor delays, we provide a price recalculation. If a paper is 24+ hours late and no longer serves its academic purpose, a full refund may be granted.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Final Sale Notice: Once an order is “Approved” and the final editable file is downloaded, the transaction is considered complete. No refunds can be issued post-approval.
- Subjective Grading: We guarantee professional writing quality, but cannot guarantee specific grades, as individual professor grading criteria are outside our control.
- Change of Academic Need: Refunds are not granted because an assignment was cancelled by your institution after our writer has already completed the work.
- Missing Materials: Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary files or clarification are not eligible for refunds.
- The 7-Day Dispute Window: All claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery. After this period, funds are finalized for the writer.
4. Processing & Fees
Approved refunds are sent back to the original source of payment. Please note:
- Bank processing usually takes 5-10 business days.
- Transaction fees (approx. 3-5%) charged by payment processors (Stripe/PayPal) may be non-refundable depending on their specific terms.
