Refund Policy. We have a very satisfied customer base. Over ninety-five percent of our customers have made additional purchases after their initial purchase. But blunders do happen, and when they do, you can always check out our Refund Policy.
The Company works hard to make sure its Experts and Clients are on the same page as far as payment is concerned. As a result, the Company is liable for delivering the Product on schedule and in accordance with the specifications laid out by the Customer in the Order. If the Expert fails to meet any of their obligations in delivering the Order, the Customer is eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the specific circumstances and our Refund Policy.
GENERAL
The Website is merely a venue; it will not participate in any agreements between Experts and Clients, nor will it be responsible for any of the Expert’s work product or services. The Company has no obligation to keep tabs on the interactions between Clients and Specialists.
If the Expert fails to deliver the Product as specified in your Order, you may request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. Due to the nature of the Services we provide (legitimate academic help), we have a vested interest in your complete satisfaction.
With that in mind, we’d like to make it clear that there are exceptions to our policy and that we will provide refunds under certain conditions. It includes the following:
- The Assignment of the Client Has Not Yet Been Made.
This occurs rarely, but if it happens that the client work is not done, the client will get a 100% reimbursement. We however keep client updated on status of the work ordered with us. - Negligible Turnaround Time
As compensation for the delay in uploading your work, the company will issue a refund. The final cost will be determined in conjunction with the Customer. In the event of a Delayed Delivery caused by the Customer’s failure to supply required information for order completion, the Customer will not be entitled to a refund. So, when submitting an order, it’s ideal to include all relevant details and resources that will be utilized for the assignment at once.
There may be a partial reimbursement available if the Order has been completed after the initial deadline has passed. - Deficiency in Cancellation Notice
Even though the Expert had been verified, you opted to scrap the Order anyhow. To account for the time and resources spent by the Company and the Expert in their pursuit of providing you with the Product and services you paid for, the amount of your refund may range from 100% to 70%. This is the case if the paper has not been submitted online. The case will be marked as a Disputed Claim if the job has been completed. Our Quality Assurance team investigates such allegations and sets the return amount. - Claims in conflict
If the customer is unhappy and requests a refund, the Quality Assurance team will look into the situation. Depending on the findings of the probe, the refund request may be accepted or rejected. However, a refund will not be given if upon receiving the initial work, you request for a revision. You can however cancel the order after receiving the initial task which you feel does not meet your expectation by sending message to support. Try to keep in mind that our goal is the complete happiness of our Clients at all times. To that end, we promise to treat each customer with respect and strive for 100% customer satisfaction at all times. - An Inadvertently Double Purchase
If you have placed an Order in error, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can cancel it. If you can confirm that the other Order is unnecessary, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. If we do not receive a cancellation request for the Order before assigning an Expert, we will accept the Order as legitimate. Once the order is assigned to an expert, it is not possible to cancel it since the expert will already have commenced your work. - There were two bills that came in.
It is imperative that you let us know right away if you get double billing, especially if your Personal Balance has not changed. Please include both receipts with your email so we can investigate the matter and issue a complete refund for the overpayment. Such an occurrence occurs only in extremely unusual circumstances. If a Customer has already paid for a purchase, they will not be invoiced again for that item. - To receive a refund on the grounds of the product being plagiarized, proof of un-originality is required.
- You can only cancel an order when it has not been assigned to a writer by sending message to support with the request to cancel the order. However, if you still choose to cancel an order once it has been assigned to a writer, the management may give partial refund based on amount of work the writer will have done by the time you cancel the order
- Any revision/amendment requested will be done within 24hrs. A client can however indicate the exact time when the revision should be uploaded. Deadline selected for revision should be realistic.
- Distinctiveness of the Content
If any of the following apply, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN:
In the event that you have utilized the Product for your own purposes or as part of another Order on the Website, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In case you request for revision instead of a refund. If not satisfied with the quality of work you receive and you strongly feel you don’t want free revision, you are at liberty to ask for a refund. However, once you request for revision, you can’t again go ahead and request for refund unless the revised work also fails to meet the expected standards. Our quality assurance teams will review instructions provided and work done by the expert to confirm the allegations.
Inadequate performance results in a lower grade. Remember that we cannot promise you a high letter grade. Our site is an online educational community where students and teachers work together to raise the literacy levels of our user base. The Expert’s responsibility is to assist the Customer in meeting the specifications of the Order, hence we cannot issue a refund for a claim of a failed course or similar one. The onus of autonomous academic responsibility rests squarely on the shoulders of the Customer.
You were disappointed with the results of the editing and proofreading work ordered. It is your responsibility to supply Experts with detailed instructions for completing the Order. For this reason, we cannot be held liable for any contextual mistakes or cases of plagiarized content in the materials you supply to the Expert. When it comes to editing and proofreading orders, the customer is not eligible for a refund if the delivery of the Product fails due to quality difficulties. In addition, it will be considered harmful to select editing/rewriting Orders as initial instructions and then exert undue pressure on Experts to generate original content.
The time for refunds has expired. Within six months after the original purchase date, a refund may be requested. You can get your money back through the same channel you paid with. You will not be eligible for a refund if more than six months have passed after the date of the transaction.
PROCESSING REFUNDS
The Company promises to complete your return in no more than 7 business days after you have received the refund confirmation. Please be aware that the Company will not be held liable for any bank transfer fees, transfer irregularities, or delays that may occur as a result of problems with the respective bank’s service.
CHARGEBACK
You understand and agree that we may suspend your access to any and all accounts you have with us in the case of a chargeback by your credit card company (or similar action by another payment provider approved by us) in connection with your purchase of the Services. You are responsible for any costs associated with chargebacks or other payment disputes brought by you, your bank, or a payment provider, as well as any costs associated with disputes that involve accounting or legal services.
REGISTRATION THAT HAS LONG SINCE EXPIRED
If it has been longer than 180 (one hundred eighty) days since your previous payment, your account will be deactivated as a security precaution. All of your personal information stored by the Company will be deleted along with your account or profile.
Account deletion
If you ever decide you no longer want access to your account, just send a request to have it removed. However, cancellations will not result in a refund. If the Website suspends or terminates your account for violating any of our policies, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any prorated refund for unused Services, any prorated refund for material or data linked with your account, or any other compensation.
INFORMATION YOU GENERATE
You recognize and accept that your credit card information and other billing information you give when paying for Services through the Website will be processed solely by our partners-payment providers. Your financial details will not be collected, stored, or processed by us in any way.
You acknowledge that the Company is not liable for any compromise in security caused by the third party. In addition to this Policy, the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of our partners-payment providers will govern the processing of payments.
You agree that we can switch up our payment processing partners and have them hand along your sensitive data to other service providers, provided those new partners use secure socket layer (SSL) or equivalent encryption technology.
TASKS AND DUE PAYMENTS
Once the Website has received payment from a Customer, it will keep the funds and release them to the appropriate Expert once the Customer’s purchased Product is available (at the previously agreed price). Services delivered and consumed through our Website will incur transaction costs, which will be paid by both Experts and Customers. Creating a user account on the website is totally free of charge. All charges and taxes accruing from the provision and use of Services purchased on our Website are the sole responsibility of the relevant parties. We have a commission structure for our services and charge experts accordingly. A serious breach of this Policy and Terms and Conditions shall occur if the Expert fails to pay any fees when due.
PAYOUTS
Experts receive payment when a Customer confirms a purchase of a Product through their profile on the platform. Experts can get paid using our trusted third-party payment processing providers.
AUTHENTIC All monetary transactions conducted through our Website are for the express purpose of facilitating the provision of instructional Services by Experts to Customers. Payments of this nature are not permitted to be utilized in any way that would constitute fraud, criminal behavior, or other forms of illegality as defined by law.
REFUND AND AUTHORSHIP
It is the Customer’s responsibility to dispose of any Products that have already been delivered prior to the Order cancellation. Our Terms and Conditions state that if you cancel an order, we retain full ownership of the Products and you have no right to use them. The Product will also be submitted to repositories hosted by repository services, where it will be flagged as fully plagiarized.
