 What types of Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) strategies can reduce employee burnout and turnover in Applied behavior analysis (ABA)?
 
Selection:
I will complete the Master’s project by completing a case study
 
Why? 
I feel as though this could be very beneficial to me. Completing a master’s project (case study) can provide a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of my topic especially since I have been gravitating more towards the OBM side of ABA. This project will allow me to conduct a thorough investigation into this specific area of interest allowing me to delve deeply into OBM strategies, gathering extensive data and insights that can lead to more meaningful conclusions and practical applications.
