green principles in their business. Consequently, many researchers have raised the questions whether Oil & Gas companies are in reality as green as they announced. For instance, Frynas (2005)
questions the effectiveness of CSR in Oil & Gas industry and whether their promises are false?? Moreover, this research is expected to contribute to gap filling in literature by studying the real
practices adopted at the operational level of Oil and Gas Companies. Most importantly on as procurement usually represents one of the largest expense items in a firm’s cost structure (Angeles
and Nath 2007). ? Research aim In line with discussion about CSR and with the presented research problem, the aim of the research is investigate how oil and gas companies integrate CSR
principles into their procurement practice. With the main focus on the environmental aspect of CSR as it represents the most important concerns of oil and gas industry. It will also consider the
sourcing strategies impact on their supply chain. Objectives of the Research The main objective of the research is to investigate and describe the actual implementation of CSR principles in the
procurement practice of oil and gas companies. This overall objective can be broken down into? -To explore what sustainable practices are adopted by oil and gas companies in their
procurement process: -To determine the level of CSR engagement within oil and gas industry specifically on environmental practices at the procurement level -To examine sustainable
procurement strategies in the oil and gas industry: -To critically analyse criteria in the supplier management process to ensure a sustainable procurement process. Research questions In order
to accomplish research objectives, the following questions will be answered by the research: 1: What green practices do companies in oil and gas companies adopt and to what extent is the
adoption of those green practices in their procurement practices?? 2: What do oil and gas companies understand by sustainable procurement and how important is it to them? 3: what are the
criteria in their supplier selection and evaluation process? ? Please consider this issues I raised above and think of ways you can compensate me. Like I said earlier I really don’t have enough time
