The fog comes
on little cat feet
It sits looking
over harbor and city
on silent haunches
and then moves on.
Poem -2-:
When i saw the clumsy crow
flap from a wasted tree,
a shape in the mind rose up:
over the gulfs of dream
flew a tremendouse bird
further and further away
into a moonless black,
deep in the brain, far back.
