Creating a meeting agenda

1. Suppose you work for a company and you have been tasked with creating a meeting agenda to discuss details of an important event. 

2. Then, complete all parts of the project as described below. 

3. Be sure to include the necessary components for the agenda in a proper format (date, beginning and ending times, location of meeting, topics to be discussed, and responsibilities of those involved)

  1.  1.Select from one of these meeting topics: (Company party, Office move to a new headquarters, OR New product launch)
  2. Select a unique name for your company to use for this assignment.
  3. Create an agenda for a 1-hour meeting with a minimum of five items or topics that should be discussed as part of your selected event. Include any additional information needed as part of the agenda to help facilitate an effective meeting. Be sure to assign time to each item.
  4. Following your agenda, write a minimum of two paragraphs describing what strategies you would use when holding your chosen meeting to make the time productive and achieve the meeting’s purpose. How will you keep your group on track and facilitate a beneficial discussion?
