| Methodology: | (1) Proportioning of 1 : 3 mortar mix containing 15 % fly ash and 15 % silica fume by weight of cement as mineral admixtures for different levels of fibre addition – 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2% and 2.5% by volume (2) Casting cubes and prisms as per ASTM standards size of cubes 70mm*70mm*70mm and size of prams 40mm*40mm*160mm (3) Testy for 28 day compressive and flexural strength. (4) For the mix with maximum strength durability tests such as sorptivity , rapid chloride penetration test, carbonation, will be conducted |
